Some men are born to Greatness, others have Greatness thrust upon them.

Steve once bumped into Greatness at a party, spilling a large plastic lamp-leg of V8 and ruining Greatness’ Booty Shirt (the one with humping porcupines). Since then, Greatness has kept a wary distance, laid a curse, and erased Steve from his Christmas List.

But Steve, ever the optimist, presses on.

He lives a quiet rural life with The Missus, two dogs, two cats, one bad knee, and a periodic dry-eye.

Knowing that Greatness has scorned him serves as motivation to keep Mediocrity from moving in. So he paints, writes, and posts his intermittently amusing thoughts here on Almost Daily.
