Rosco – a Jack Russell Terrier Portrait

Here's my portrait of Rosco, one of my favorite Jack Russell Terriers.

Anyone familiar with the breed knows that these little fellas are blessed (or cursed, depending on your point of view) with a personality way out of proportion to their size.

Rosco is no different. We met him while visiting friends in Albuquerque a few years back. He instantly won me over with his friendly and playful manner, so I was thrilled to do a portrait of him for Christmas 2019.
