You'll be the hit of virtual school in your new favorite shirts. All the other kids will look foolish on Zoom compared to you in your snazzy new "Free Hugs" T-shirt!
That's the best I can do when it comes to flogging my Sigmadog Shop on Redbubble. I'm just not very good at selling my own stuff.
It's the same with my paintings. I paint them and leave them lying around, often stacked up, leaning up against walls collecting dust. The only reason I have any hanging up is from spousal pressure and disgust.
For me the act of creating is enough of a thrill, and I feel like I'm imposing on others by hanging them on the wall EVEN IN MY OWN HOME! I know it's my own dwelling, but even then I'm reluctant to make it all about me.
But aside from that deep psychological problem (and all the others I dare not mention), I do like making a little money every now and then. And whenever I sell one of my designs on Redbubble, that's exactly what I make – very little money.
I calculated that it takes two shirt sales to bring in enough money for one beer at a local pub. I have to clothe a whole basketball team if I want a cheeseburger.
It ain't much, but in these days of Panic-demic, it seems to be the only income I've got.
So please take a look at my Redbubble Shop if you're interested. You find there are lots of options (T-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, stickers, etc.). Buy if you wish, or pass the info on to someone who might be interested.
Thanks!
